Tushar Pardeshi

Tushar Pardeshi has extensive experience in production and tooling management within the Mahindra Group since March 2010, currently serving as Manager of Production and Tooling, overseeing machine shop production and tooling departments. Tushar also holds a position as Tool Engineering Manager at Mahindra Heavy Engines Ltd, while previously serving as a Senior Manager overseeing all machining functional activities, including cost management, quality management, and lean manufacturing. Tushar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
