Vinoth Kumar has extensive experience in the automotive industry, beginning as an Engineer in New Product Development at UCAL FUEL SYSTEMS from May 2004 to January 2006, where significant contributions were made to the development of carburettors and throttle bodies for notable motorcycle and automotive brands. Following this, from February 2006 to November 2011, Vinoth served as Deputy Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra, focusing on materials management for the XUV 500. Vinoth advanced to Divisional Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Ashok Leyland from October 2011 to December 2022, specializing in sourcing components for light commercial vehicles. Currently, Vinoth holds the position of Platform Purchase Head at Mahindra Group since December 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed between 2006 and 2008.
