Daniel Colchen is currently the Plant Quality Manager at MAHLE, focusing on problem-solving and quality improvement within global thermal compressor plants. They have been an influential coach in management and have initiated three patents throughout their career. Previously, Daniel held the positions of Product Engineer at MAHLE from 2007 to 2016 and Research Engineer at Groupe Institut de Soudure from 1988 to 2007. Daniel earned an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers between 1990 and 1995.
