Dirk Janz is a seasoned global operations leader with extensive experience in quality management and supplier development. They held critical roles at various companies including DaimlerChrysler SIM Technology, where they conducted research on lead-free solder materials, and Hella Corporate Center China, where they led a team of engineers in enhancing supplier quality across multiple production locations. At Continental Automotive Systems, they served as Quality Manager, overseeing semiconductor suppliers and training quality engineers. Most recently, at MAHLE, Dirk has been instrumental in driving operational transformation and global manufacturing excellence.
