Jens Eisele serves as the Global Head of Customer Quality at MAHLE, overseeing customer and plant quality in the MAHLE Electronics and Mechatronics divisions since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles at RECARO as a Quality Manager Operations, Johnson Controls as a Quality Operations Manager, and managerial positions at Avery Dennison, SMK - Systeme Metall Kunststoff GmbH, and SIV StanzBiegetechnik. Jens Eisele has also contributed to the establishment and management of operations in Slovakia for Bernecker Umformtechnik and led projects in South Africa at KABU Werkzeugbau. Educational credentials include a Diplom in Betriebswirt from Université Aix-Marseille III.
