Jochen Ruoff

Jochen Ruoff is a seasoned consultant engineer specializing in procurement with extensive experience in leadership roles within matrix organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant Engineer for JOCHEN RUOFF DIENST- UND BERATUNGSLEISTUNGEN since June 2020, Jochen manages sales project management for carve-out projects and provides interim management in procurement. Previously, Jochen held significant positions at MAHLE from 2008, including Head of Global Leadbuying Control Devices and Head of Purchasing for Electric/Electronic in Europe, where Jochen developed global sourcing strategies and supplier networks for high and low voltage applications. Jochen's earlier career included key roles at Behr GmbH & Co.KG, where Jochen structured project purchasing teams across Europe and initiated supplier development projects in Asia, and at CTS Fahrzeug-Dachsysteme GmbH and INDEX TRAUB, where Jochen built international sourcing offices and managed procurement processes. Jochen holds a degree from the University of Stuttgart.
