John Voit is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing automotive HVAC product development and electrical components at MAHLE since 2015. In roles as Engineering Manager for Electrical Components and Software, as well as HVAC Product Development, John leads multi-disciplined teams to ensure projects meet timing, quality, and profit margin targets. Prior to MAHLE, John held various engineering positions at Delphi where significant accomplishments included improving validation processes and implementing lean manufacturing concepts. John's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a M.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
