Kamil Lis

Kamil Lis has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and payroll. Kamil currently works at MAHLE as the Regional HR IT Integration & Technical Lead and SAP HCM Payroll Consultant. Prior to this, they worked at HP as the Payroll Manager for multiple countries and as the Knowledge Management and Compliance Lead. Kamil also worked as an EMEA Business System Analyst/Project Manager and Process Lead for Payroll Accounting at HP. Before joining HP, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the EMEA Lead for Payroll Accounting, a Financial Analyst specializing in Payroll Accounting and Reporting for Austria, and as a Senior Accounting Operations Specialist.

Kamil Lis has a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. Kamil also completed postgraduate studies in Finance and Accounting in International Centers from 2013 to 2014, as well as postgraduate studies in Computer Supported Controlling from 2012 to 2013, both from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Kamil obtained a Yellow Belt Certificate from HP in 2016 and attended the Team Leaders Forum by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2014. In 2023, they completed a course on Having Difficult Conversations from LinkedIn.
