Kim Hoffmann

Kim Hoffmann is a Global HR Project Manager focused on Financials and AI at MAHLE, where they also served as a Business Analyst Inhouse Consulting and Project Assistant to the CHRO. Previously, they completed a dual study program at MAHLE that involved diverse roles across various departments, including mechanical training, SAP introduction, and process development for e-motor innovation. Currently, Kim is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management Analytics at Mannheim Business School, complementing their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
