Malcolm Bailes

Malcolm Bailes is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Application Engineering and Development at MAHLE since January 2024, Malcolm has previously held significant roles at Federal Mogul from August 2017 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing sales and commercial operations for OE, OES, and new industrial markets. Additional positions include Business Development Manager and OE Business Manager at Federal Mogul, Branch Manager at Safintra South Africa, and Branch/Plant Manager at Bosal Industrial Division. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honours degree in Logistics from Stellenbosch University.
