Mark Zima

Mark Zima is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in project management and engineering development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Pre-Development Projects at MAHLE since July 2015, Mark oversees the engineering development and project management of new systems and products while focusing on the personal development of engineers and technicians. Prior experience at Delphi included roles as Engineering Group Manager and Staff Engineer, supervising multiple departments and managing departmental budgets, project management, and new technology development. Mark started their career at General Motors as a Senior Engineer, where responsibilities included design and release of innovative heat pump systems. Mark holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, along with additional certifications in law enforcement.
