Olga Schmidt

Olga Schmidt has a diverse work experience with various companies. Olga is currently working at MAHLE as the Head of Project Purchasing since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Commodity Buying Electric/Electronics Asia at MAHLE from June 2021 to August 2023. From January 2020 to May 2021, Olga was the Head of Lead Buying Electronics at MAHLE.

Before joining MAHLE, Olga worked at MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG as the Head of Strategic Purchasing from July 2017 to February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Global Lead Buyer Raw Material at MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG from May 2015 to June 2017.

Olga's earlier work experience includes working at Continental as a Category Purchaser Raw Material from October 2011 to April 2015. Olga also worked at Robert Bosch as a Bachelor Thesis student from March 2011 to September 2011. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Assistant at Groninger USA L.L.C. from August 2010 to February 2011. Their first job was at Robert Bosch as a Continuous Improvement Process intern from August 2008 to July 2009.

Olga Schmidt received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik in 2011. Olga then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2017.
