Pascal Hauss

Pascal Hauss is the Head of Project Management for Fluid Components, overseeing electric compressors and pumps across Europe. They have accumulated extensive experience in project and product management roles at leading companies, including MAHLE, Volkswagen AG, and Webasto Group, where they focused on strategic project acquisition and profitability. Pascal holds a Master of Engineering in Leadership in Industrial Sales and Technology as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Economics and International Business Management. Prior to their current position, Pascal led significant customer projects and contributed to the optimization of product management processes.
