Sandra Dümer

Sandra Dümer is the Director of HR Europe at MAHLE, where they currently oversee human resources strategy and management. Prior to this, they held significant roles at Daimler Truck AG, including Head of Human Resources at the Mannheim plant and Manager of Personnel Management. With a background in personnel development, they have also worked as a freelance trainer and consultant. Sandra completed their diploma in psychology at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau and continues to pursue education in systemic consulting. Their experience spans multiple areas of HR, consulting, and training, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational development.
