Scott Cave

Scott Cave, CPA, CMA, has extensive experience in financial management and operational controlling, currently serving as the Head of Operations Controlling at MAHLE since August 2017. In this role, Scott promotes the MAHLE Leadership Principles by emphasizing ownership of mistakes and fostering development. Previously, Scott held the position of Manager & Head of Product Cost Development and Controlling Excellence in BU2 North America, where responsibilities included establishing a robust quoting process in collaboration with various departments to ensure profitability. Prior to this, Scott was the Controller at MAHLE Filter Systems Canada, ULC., and has held several key positions within the company since 2000. Scott holds a BCOMM in Accounting from the University of Windsor and a CMA certification from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.
