Val Hoffmann

Val Hoffmann has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Process Manager at MAHLE Behr USA since July 2015, where responsibilities include the development, writing, training, and auditing of purchasing policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Val Hoffmann held several positions at Delphi from September 2006 to June 2015, including Global Process Manager for Indirect & Logistics, ensuring compliance across functions and regions, and overseeing global audit activities. Val also served as Global PGM Manager and Material Resale Manager, managing strategic procurement and contracts related to Platinum Group Metals. Val Hoffmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 1976 and 1979.
