Mahmutoglu Electronic ind.trade.co.ltd. opened a liaison office in Istanbul in 1966 as a branch of the Mahmutogulları Unltd. which has been operating since 1954.

After moving commercial activities to Istanbul from Rize, in 1996, the formation of group company,  Mahmutoğlu Elektronik  ind.trade.co.ltd.  took place. This progress continued with importing electronic products and marketing to the domestic market.

Today Mahmutoglu Electronic is exporting 60% of its production to 15 countries. Mahmutoglu Electronic is the owner of Almera Electric Factory, distributor of Duracell branded products, the sole distributor of Toshiba batteries,  and distributor and seller of all the brands that belong to us under the Panther&Avec name brands (which includes battery-Headset-Flashlight-Keyboard-Mouse-Computer Consumables). Distribution and sales of these products conducted in domestic and foreign markets. 

The wide range of products Mahmutoglu Electronic provides distributed all around Turkey by means of wholesale, retail, import, and export. Moreover, with the regional offices located in certain provinces of Anatolia, we are providing services to wholesale hardware, stationery, and technology stores. 

Mahmutoğlu Elektronik is aiming to benefit from direct sales service of 'From Warehouse Consumer' principle by expanding its product range and increasing its brand value products and e-commerce market.
