Simpson Lee is a Senior Manager in ALM who has extensive experience in finance and trading operations. They began their career as a Business Operations Intern at MaiCoin, Ltd., where they contributed to business development and coordinated digital currency events. Simpson later worked as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, focusing on FX and rates derivatives, before becoming a Trader specializing in crypto market making and trading operations automation. At TD, they served as a Client Relations Coordinator prior to assuming their current managerial role, where they lead a team overseeing trading operations and balance sheet management. Simpson holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and participated in an exchange program at the University of Bath.
