Chuck Lynch is an accomplished franchise owner and executive with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner of MaidPro since March 2020, Chuck acquired the flagship office in Boston and expanded operations by acquiring MaidPro South Shore in July 2020. Previously, Chuck held senior leadership roles at Threshold Brands, Men In Kilts, and FlyFoe, where responsibilities included guiding franchise sales and development during significant mergers and brand launches. With a background that includes directing facilities management at the Coolidge House Community Sanction Center and a long tenure at MaidPro, where growth expanded from 10 to over 400 units, Chuck has demonstrated a commitment to fostering successful franchise operations. Additionally, Chuck co-founded MaidPro Cares, a non-profit focused on supporting orphaned and at-risk children, and has been actively involved with the New England Franchise Association as a board member since 2012. Chuck holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
