Isabel Catalan started their work experience in 2001 at BSH Home Appliances, where they held the position of Jefe Planificación y Desarrollo RRHH until 2008. Isabel then joined Maier Navarra in 2008 as Dirección RRHH, before moving to MAIER Group in 2013 as the Corporate Human Resources Director.
Isabel Catalan attended Mondragon Unibertsitatea from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a degree in "Experto en desarrollo personal y liderazgo de equipos" with a field of study in RRHH. Isabel then attended EADA Business School from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in "Master en Dirección RRHH." Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they completed a Postgraduate program in "Postgrado en Cooperativismo" at the University of Deusto in the Instituto de Estudios Cooperativos. Isabel's undergraduate education was completed at the University of Deusto from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
