Aude Lerner

Aude Lerner is a seasoned UX Writer with extensive experience in the design and implementation of user-centered content strategies across various industries. Currently at MAIF since September 2021, Aude focuses on enhancing app usability and ensures alignment with corporate Tone of Voice while collaborating cross-functionally. Previously, Aude worked as a UX Writer at MACIF, where responsibilities included evolving Tone of Voice and conducting usability testing. Prior roles include UX writing for Migros Online, project work on online applications, and content strategy at L & Partners, where Aude established foundational content practices. Aude also has experience in web content management at UBS, and has supported businesses and start-ups with their content strategies since 2014. Educational credentials include degrees in interpreting and language studies from Universität des Saarlandes and Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry.
