Audrey Pradel is a User Researcher & UX Designer at MAIF since June 2023. Prior to this role, Audrey worked as a Lead UX Researcher at Groupe Creative and Qualitative Research Manager/UX Researcher at Harris Interactive France. With experience in industries like telecom, media, technology, entertainment, and services, Audrey focuses on U&A, UX research, corporate transformations, social awareness, and gender equity. Fluent in French and English, Audrey has also worked in market research, marketing, communications, and strategic planning roles. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Studies from Sciences Po and has participated in workshops related to environmental and digital issues.
