Eric Llau

Eric LLAU has a long-standing career at MAIF, having joined the company in 1991. Over the years, Eric has held various roles, including Responsable Principal Délégation and Gestionnaire Sinistres, before moving into internal audit as an Auditeur interne. From December 2010 to August 2017, Eric served as Conseiller Carrières et Mobilités, contributing to human resources development. Since October 2017, Eric has focused on learning design as Chargé de projets formation et accompagnement, along with responsibilities as Chargé d'actions RH, where efforts are centered on skill development within the company’s university and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
