Mathilde Malguid is an expert body manager at MAIF, with a strong background in managing bodily claims and insurance. They previously worked at Generali and were responsible for medium bodily claims and fatalities during their Master I apprenticeship. Mathilde has also held positions at SMACL ASSURANCES, MAAF Assurances, and the GROUPE MACIF, focusing on client relationships and serious bodily claims. Currently, Mathilde serves as a trainer at Ifpass, where they lead a module on bodily claims management. Mathilde holds multiple degrees in insurance and management from ESA and other institutions.
