Maihan Steel was founded in 2018 and officially inaugurated by His Excellency President Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on March, 28 of 2019. with the purpose of a positive step toward economic growth, decreasing import of steel products, creating job opportunities and export of high-quality steel products abroad, and maintain a good result of the trading exchange.
The main idea and logical strategy arose almost 35 years ago when the art of steel production came to Afghanistan, the founders of Maihan Steel were actively involved in steel-related works such as production, installation, creation, and montage in the steel market of Afghanistan.
With the passage of time, Maihan Steel was founded and now it is ready to serve and show all manners that it has to deliver.
We are willing to continue to respect our society and customer’s diverse needs, putting any effort to develop new products and improving the manufacturing processes in addition to handing down skill promotion of process saving or energy-saving concepts with the creation of a recycling society using environmentally-friendly steel materials (scrap).
