Tom MacPherson

Tom MacPherson is a Director of Engineering with extensive technical leadership experience, currently working at Salsbury Industries Inc. since 2022. They previously served as Engineering Manager at the same company and held various engineering roles at Integrity Windows and Doors and ATK, where they led cross-functional teams in significant product development projects. Tom also has a background in project management and design engineering, effectively managing multi-million dollar portfolios at MTS Systems Corporation and James Hardie Building Products. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
