Laona Balhan has held various roles in the customer service and marketing fields since 2013. Laona began their career as an Assistante Commerciale et Marketing in a stage for a BTS at Citroën in 2013. Laona then worked as an Assistante de Vente at Carrefour in 2015, as well as a Responsable de Corner at Galeries Lafayette in the same year. In 2015, they became an Attachée Clientèle at Printemps. Finally, they have been a Customer Success Manager and Chargé de Relation Client at Mailinblack since 2017.
Laona Balhan has a comprehensive education history. Laona started in 2010 with a Baccalauréat Economique et Social option Mathématiques from the Lycée C. De Gaulle in Apt (84). Laona then went on to obtain a BTS Négociation et Relation Client from the Lycée M. de Sully in Marseille in 2013. Laona then continued their studies at ESTC, obtaining a Master I - Responsable du Développement Commercial in 2017, and a Master II - Manager du développement commercial in 2019.
