Wei's responsibilities include overseeing project managers, coordinating projects in different geographical areas, communication, preparing technical and commercial offers, contract management, and organizing project work with various departments. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale, Wei also has a Certificat de stage de formation professionnelle accélérée in Technology / Electronics Technician from Ecole professionnelle du nord vaudois (CPNV).
