Mailo’s The Pasta Project was born in 2019 as an alternative & innovative concept that combines fresh pasta with streetfood culture.
It offers delicious flavors of fresh pasta in different shapes accompanied by 11 signature sauces.
All dishes are prepared from scratch to end-product in-front of the eyes of its guests.

The stores follow a specific architecture & design layout, showcasing the iconic figure of Mailo’s and initiate the “open-kitchen” philosophy to create a cozy atmosphere & an unforgettable experience for all ages.
