Joshua Marston

Joshua Marston has been in the technology industry since 2012. Joshua began their career at New Innovations as a Software Trainer and Second Tier Support, handling escalated support tickets and calls, audits, custom reports via SQL, and client training. In 2014, they moved to VeriCoin as a Quality Assurance tester, providing technical support for the community and assisting with technical writing and reports. In 2015, they joined Dell SecureWorks as a Senior IT Security Analyst, supporting client access to security event reporting, initial screening and escalation of Incident Response engagements, and security event analysis. In 2017, they founded Marston Investments, LLC, providing cryptocurrency technical analysis, wallet security consulting, and support for client mining/staking activities. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Mailprotector as a Product Operations Engineer, Support Engineer, and Partner Success Specialist, providing partner training and support, and console software QA and testing.

Joshua Marston attended Robbinsdale Cooper High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Diploma. Joshua then attended North Hennepin Community College from 2005 to 2007. In February 2020, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
