Josh Olson

Josh Olson has over 18 years of experience in the technical support industry, starting as a Support Technician at CommuniGate Systems in 2001. Josh progressed to Senior Support Technician and then Manager of Support Services before becoming Director of Customer Support for North America from May 2010 to January 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Olson worked at Ciena in two roles, Regional Technical Support Manager and Manager of Technical Operations. Josh is currently Vice President of Services and Support and a Board Member at MailSPEC since October 2019.

Josh Olson attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology, as well as two certifications: one in Microcomputer System Specialist and the other in Microsoft Networking Specialist.
