Erika Enberg

Erika Enberg has a diverse work experience in various high-level roles related to human resources and talent management. Erika served as the Head of People at Main Sequence in 2023. Before that, they worked as a Director at Scalepath, where they specialized in leadership coaching and people advisory. Erika also worked as a Mentor at Techstars and LaunchVic, providing guidance to emerging businesses. In addition, they served as a Partner at True Search, a global talent platform. Prior to that, Erika held the position of Chief People Officer at Tibber, a digital energy company. Erika also served as a Board Member at HR Open Source, an initiative focused on sharing HR practices and resources. Erika's earlier experiences include being the Director of People & Culture at Blacklane and Vice President People at door2door. Erika started their career as the Head of People, APAC, at KFIT, which provides access to fitness studios and classes.

Erika Enberg has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management from IÉSEG School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Erika also participated in exchange programs at EDHEC Business School in Lille, France, and Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea, where they studied International Business. Additionally, Erika has obtained various certifications, including Textio Equitable Performance Feedback, ICF Member Badge, Introduction to HR Law & Investigating Workplace Misconduct Courses, Certified Professional Transformational Coach (Advanced Practitioner), Certified Transformational Coach, and People Analytics by the University of Pennsylvania on Coursera. Erika is also a certified SHL-user.
