Mainboard Models was founded with a mission to redefine industry standards and champion diversity in fashion, beauty, and commercial modeling. Our founder, Desiree Woolfolk, a former model with experience in athletic, beauty, and hair campaigns, saw firsthand the lack of inclusivity on set—especially when it came to proper hair and makeup for people of color. Determined to create meaningful change, Mainboard Models was built to ensure that diversity isn’t just a checkbox, but a priority.  

We provide a carefully curated roster of models who authentically represent the world we live in—placing people of color at the forefront of campaigns while educating clients on the importance of inclusive beauty standards. Our goal is to connect brands with talent who bring both representation and cultural awareness to their projects, helping to push the industry forward in a more inclusive and intentional way.
