Ali Heidari

Ali Heidari has a diverse work experience spanning various legal roles. Ali most recently worked at Mainfreight as the Head of Legal for Americas, where they managed the legal operations for Mainfreight Americas and handled legal matters for multiple departments. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Counsel, Legal at Saratech, overseeing all legal affairs of the company and ensuring compliance with government contracting rules. Ali also worked as a Legal Counsel at Cylance Inc., where they played a key role in drafting and negotiating contracts and implementing contract lifecycle management systems. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Salek Law Firm and gained experience in civil litigation, commercial transactions, and real estate. Ali also served as a Law Clerk at Mirhosseini & Associates, performing legal research and assisting with case strategy.
