Olubunmi Smith

Olubunmi Smith is a General Manager at MainOne, focusing on metropolitan infrastructure and the data centre ecosystem. With over 32 years of experience in the engineering design and construction industry, they have managed numerous data centre projects and significant infrastructure initiatives, including the Equinix West Africa and Anambra International Cargo Airport projects. Olubunmi held managerial roles at AIM Consultants Ltd from 2006 to 2020, serving as both Manager of Business Development and later as General Manager. They also served as Managing Director at Datore Integrated Consultants Ltd from 2021 to 2023. Olubunmi earned a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan between 1987 and 1992.
