Darren Webster

Darren Webster currently serves as the Engineering & Design Manager at MainPower New Zealand Limited since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team to deliver quality solutions, strategic design of electrical systems, and ensuring compliance and safety in design. Prior to this role, Darren was the Electrical Design Manager at Windflow Technology Limited from September 2007 to May 2017, overseeing the design and maintenance of electrical sub-systems for wind turbines, achieving IEC Type Approval certification, and contributing to successful grid connection applications. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical & Electronic from the University of Canterbury, attained between 2000 and 2004.
