John Dyble has been serving on Mainroad’s Board of Directors since 2017 and was elected as Chairman in 2020. Mr. Dyble is now retired after a 27-year career of increasing management responsibility in the B.C. Public Service which included 4 years as the Deputy Minister of Transportation, 2 years as Deputy Minister of Health, and his final 5 years as the Deputy Minister to the Premier, Cabinet Secretary, and Head of the Public Service. His work with the province was preceded by 7 years of consulting engineering. In 2016, Mr. Dyble was appointed to the Pavilion Corporation of BC Board of Directors, the crown corporation responsible for BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre. Mr. Dyble is a Registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
