Simon Healey

Simon Healey has extensive work experience in engineering and project management roles. Simon started their career at DMC Engineering in 2013 as a Systems Engineer, where they delivered software and hardware engineering solutions for clients across the US. Simon then took on the role of Project Engineer, where they opened a new regional office in NYC, grew the team, and contributed to software projects across industries. Simon later became a Senior Project Engineer, managing resources, budgets, and timelines for large-scale projects while continuing to contribute as a senior engineer. Simon then transitioned to the role of Technical Manager, where they mentored direct reports, performed code reviews, and provided guidance. In their most recent role at DMC Engineering, Simon served as an Engineering Manager, overseeing the engineering team and contributing to project management. Simon is currently the Director of Engineering at Mainstay, starting in 2023.

Simon Healey earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011. Simon also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution in 2011.
