Frank Manganella

Frank Manganella is currently the Board Chair at Hire Intelligently in New York City and serves as a Strategic Advisor at MainStem, Inc., as well as the Managing Partner of Portfolio Management at both CH3 Partners and 3A Ventures. Since 2020, they have been a Founder Member and Board Member of Athletes for CARE, and hold multiple leadership positions in various cannabis industry organizations, including being the Board Chair and Co-Founder of the Cannabis and Hemp Network Association of New Jersey. Frank’s extensive past experience includes roles as Vice President for Foreign Exchange and Commodities at Lehman Brothers and Head of Emerging Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort.
