The Engineering and Operations team at Mainstream oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's telecommunication infrastructure. The Director of Engineering leads strategic planning, while the NOC Technician ensures network reliability and performance. The Logistics Supervisor manages the supply chain for equipment and materials, and the System Administrator maintains and secures internal systems. The OSP Construction Office Coordinator handles the coordination and administrative aspects of outside plant construction projects.
