Hayley Huffstutter is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Principal Talent Partner for Executive Hiring at MaintainX, where they oversee a talent team and manage full-cycle hiring for leadership roles across departments. Previously, Hayley served as the Leadership Talent Partner at Asana, effectively partnering with senior leadership to develop equitable sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience. Before joining Asana, they were a Sales Recruiter and Team Lead at Samsara, where they demonstrated exceptional quota attainment and won the Relationship Builder Award. Hayley holds a degree in International Studies focused on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Oregon and is passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams.
