Lily Jiang is an experienced product designer currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at MaintainX since November 2025. Previously, Jiang held the position of Staff Product Designer at Ada CX from August 2019 to June 2025, where leadership in designing core features for AI agent training and decision-making transparency was showcased. Early experience at Ada included redesigning the web chat interface to improve scalability and user experience. As a Co-Founder of Bloom from January 2021 to April 2023, Jiang successfully launched a dating app that gained recognition as the top new app in the App Store in 2023. Additional roles include Product Designer at Shopify, where significant enhancements to the checkout experience were made, and various internships in design and UX across multiple companies. Jiang holds an Honours Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts from the University of Waterloo and is pursuing an International Bachelor in Communication and Media at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
