Michael Waits

Michael Waits has extensive experience in the IT and engineering sectors, currently serving as Engineer in Charge at Maintech since September 2005, specializing in datacenter hardware maintenance. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Lead Server Support Engineer at Maintech - State of Texas from January 2005 to October 2011, overseeing an enterprise environment of over 1000 Intel and Sun servers. Earlier experience includes serving as Desktop Support Supervisor at St. John Medical Center from January 1999 to January 2003, where responsibilities included managing a desktop support team and communicating customer feedback to IT management. Michael began a career in desktop support at Williams Company from July 1995 to January 1998 and holds an education credential from Tulsa Junior College, completed between 1990 and 1994.
