Miguel Collado has extensive experience in engineering and customer support roles within the financial services sector. Since October 2009, Miguel has been serving as a Field/Support Engineer and Customer Engineer - Consultant at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Prior to this, Miguel held the position of Customer Engineer at Maintech from July 2007 to the present and at JPMorgan Chase from July 2007 to October 2009, also serving as a Customer Engineer during the JPMorgan (Bear Stearns) period from 2008 to 2009. Miguel began their career as an IT/Engineer at Design Strategy Corporation from 2006 to 2008.
