Mark Pridgeon

Mark Pridgeon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Enterprise, Cloud, and Technology Governance. Previously, they held positions as Head of Avaya and Head of Technical Governance at Maintel, where they focused on engineering development and operational improvements. Their telecommunications career began at Microcare Systems, advancing through roles at Azzurri Communications, where they contributed to technical assurance and third-line support for Avaya products. Mark holds a HNC in Computing from The University of Bolton and an Advanced GNVQ in Engineering from Bury College.
