Mike Smart

Mike Smart is a senior change management professional with expertise in cloud, broadband, mobile, and fixed products in the UK telecoms market. With a strong background in project management, Mike has held roles such as Senior Broadband Commercial Manager and Head of Service Transformation at BT, where they made significant contributions to the telecommunications industry, including the rollout of broadband services and the transition of BT Business Mobile to a new network operator. Currently, Mike serves as a Senior Project Manager at Maintel. Mike holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Huddersfield.
