Maintenance Management Ltd was established in 2001 to deliver facilities management services to the John Lewis Partnership. Over recent years MML has expanded its customer-base to include other leading UK retailers as well as customers within the telecommunication, hospitality and leisure industries.

We have experience of managing a diverse portfolio of properties within these sectors including town centre and out-of-town retail outlets, distribution centres, offices, residential sites, manufacturing plants, radio transmission sites, gyms, restaurants, pubs, hotels and even a farm.
