Yuri Vidal

Yuri Vidal is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Maitha Tech since July 2025, Yuri has previously held significant positions including ZenDesk Tech Lead and ServiceNow Tech Lead at Vertem from May 2022 to July 2025. Earlier experience includes working at TIVIT as a specialized ServiceNow support and development analyst, and as a ServiceNow consultant at Aoop Cloud Solutions. Yuri began a career in IT support while holding positions at CIEE and other organizations, gaining expertise in software management and system analysis. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Process Management from IGTI and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uninove, alongside ongoing studies in English Language and Literature at the Universidade do Estado do Pará.
