We specialise in the dry milling of French maize into a range of non-GMO products, sourced in France and brought to the UK by sea under full supervision by carefully selected supply chain partners, ensuring full traceability and quality control from field to mill.

Our products serve the food and drink manufacturing sector, including:
Flaking Grits — for traditional flake maize and brewing
Coarse Grits — for snack foods, breakfast cereals, coatings and brewing
Fine Grits — for snack foods, cereals, coatings, pizza and bread roll toppings
