Eric Lake

Eric Lake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the employee benefits and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Majesco since April 2022, Eric previously held leadership roles at LifeWorks and Morneau Shepell, focusing on business development and HR support solutions. Prior experience includes positions at ClaimVantage, where Eric managed business development initiatives for claim management software, and at Sun Life Financial, serving as the National Accounts Practice Leader. Additional roles at EBM, DRMS/CORE, and Unum further solidified Eric's expertise in managing large accounts and developing strategic relationships. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from the University of Southern Maine.
